Meet Our Coach

Coach Nouran is a former CrossFit athlete and a dedicated flexibility yoga practitioner, as well as a certified fitness and rehabilitation coach. After experiencing multiple injuries caused by limited mobility, poor flexibility, and muscular imbalances, she decided to transform every challenge she faced into a program designed specifically for ladies and that gave her a deep understanding of what the body truly needs to move safely, efficiently, and powerfully.

She believes that the body needs more than one aspect to function properly and reach goals safely:

* Mobility and Flexibility: Improve range of motion, prevent injuries, and enhance overall movement efficiency.
* Inversions (headstands and handstands): Support circulation, spinal decompression, and mental relaxation.
* Supports joint health while building muscle, which helps boost your metabolism for fat burning and toning.
* Cardio: Enhances heart and lung function, boosts endurance, and supports overall energy levels.

In her sessions, participants work toward front splits and wheel pose, goals that not only enhance physical capability but also serve as motivating milestones that keep movement enjoyable and rewarding.

She is especially passionate about headstands and handstands, skills she developed through her athletic journey. By sharing these practices, she brings the same sense of challenge and excitement into her coaching, making each session both engaging and empowering.
