Welcome to our online ladies-only fitness community, led by Coach Nouran Abu Shady, where strength, flexibility, and fun come together!  
We train twice a week for 70 minutes through live Zoom sessions designed to help you tone your body, boost your metabolism, improve your posture, rehab injuries, and get flexible and mobile, all while having fun from the comfort of your home. 

No gym? No problem! Whether you’re a busy mom juggling it all or someone who just can’t make it to the gym, this program fits perfectly into your lifestyle. All you need is your screen, your space, and your energy and you’re in! 

Designed for beginners, intermediates, and advanced ladies, every workout is adapted to meet your level and help you grow stronger week by week.


Forget crash diets and restrictions! We’ll teach you how to nourish your body, we provide simple nutritional guidelines and teach you how to balance your plate so you can enjoy all kinds of food while staying consistent. 

And here’s where it gets fun, you’ll master new skills like headstands, handstands, splits, wheel pose, and jump rope tricks.
